We do not send unsolicited bulk email. If you received a message that appears to be from Herpafend or one of our domains and you did not sign up or place an order, we want to know.
- If you have an account or previously ordered, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. That is the fastest way to stop promotional messages.
- If you never signed up and suspect spoofing or a third-party list, please forward the full message (including headers if possible) using our Contact form so our team can investigate.
- For order or billing issues, contact support through the same Contact page and include your order ID if you have one.
